Account Information

How do I create / register an account?

To register an account on ROUND8, you can use these following methods:
1. Sign up with your email address
Users can sign up using your email account by simply entering the email address and create a new password, then press "Create New Account". An "Activation code" will be sent to the user's email account to confirm first time login within 10 minutes
2. Sign up with a Google account.
If you already have a Google account, press the "Login with Google" button, then select the Google account you want to link with ROUND8. The system will send an "Activation code". Please check your Google account to verify login first time login.

Unable to register?

If you cannot register on ROUND8 platform, please follow these steps:
1. Check whether you have input the right email address
2. Check if your password meet the password requirements
3. If you have not received the code within 10 minutes, please contact customer service and provide necessary information such as email address used to register the account, which software platform are you using, or any specific part you stuck on.

Unable to login?

If you cannot login, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure you enter the correct email address, username, and password
2. Try resetting your password

How to delete my account?

Registering an account with ROUND8 is a one-time process, and users will have permanent account status. The system is required by law to store member information; therefore, accounts cannot be deleted from our database. However, if users no longer wish to use ROUND8 services, they can simply delete their listings and remain inactive. No information will be shown to active users.

Did not recieve register/login verification code?

Ensure that you have entered the correct email address, then press 'resend code'. An email will be sent to your account within 10 minutes. If you have not received the code by then, please contact our customer service team.

How to change/adjust my account detail?

To make change to your account detail:
1. Click 'My account' on the top right of your screen
2. Click 'Account details
3. Make changes to your account details
4. Press 'Save changes'

How can I contact support team?

You can contact our support team through:

2. Line account: QR code and Line ID

Can I have more than 1 account?

Users are limited to one account unless expressly permitted. If you require more than one account, contact us via email or enquiry page, and we will assess your request

How to reset my password

You can reset your password through the following method:

1. Click 'forgotten password' on the login screen

2. Enter username or email address, and click 'Reset password'

3. A link will be sent to your email address to help reset your password. If you have not received the code within 10 minutes, please try again or contact our customer service team

How to change my password

To change your password if you’re already logged in:

1. Click 'My account' in the top right of ROUND8

2. Select 'Account details'

3. Enter your current password and new password

4. Click 'Save Changes'.

Payment Information

What payment methods are supported?

ROUND8 only accept two methods of payment:
1.Cash
2.QR code payment

Payment term

Cash payment: Between a 5 to 20 business days
QR code: Within 24 hours after the payment

How do I get a refund if I’m scammed?

ROUND8 provides "check up service" for free. However, we only check whether this item is real product or not and outerior of the product only. Upon agreeing on 'terms and conditions', the platform will not take any responsibility in return or refund of the product.

Buying Information

How can I save/add to favourite items?

Users can save/add to favourite items by pressing the heart shape 'Add to wishlist' button next to/under the products of interest

Can I refund/return the product if I have already received it?

Returns and refunds are solely subject to the agreement between buyers and sellers. Once the 'terms and conditions' are accepted, the platform assumes no responsibility for any return or refund related to transactions.

What is C2C chat system and how does it work?

The C2C chat system is a communication platform that allows users/customers to communicate directly with each other. ROUND8's C2C chat system enables buyers and sellers to exchange messages through text on ROUND8's web app.

How to access C2C chat system?

To access the C2C chat system:
1. Click 'My account' on the top right of your screen
2. Scroll down and click 'Messages'

How to tell if a seller is legit?

ROUND8 platform provide a rating system for each sellers, along with the inspection service for free. However, we only inspection the outerior of the product.

Selling Information

How do I list an item for sale?

To list item: 1. Click 'My Account' in the top right of ROUND8 2. Select 'Vendor dashboard'. You will need to create a vendor account before you are eligible to list items 3. Scroll down to 'Products' and press '+ add new product' 4. Input products's name, detail, location, price, and upload the picture 5. Proceed to click 'Post for listing' (there is no listing fee!).

How can I register/create seller's account

To register a seller account, please follow these steps:
1. Go to ROUND8 registration page and select "become a vendor" option
2. Enter required information and press "register"
3. Enter store address and select "Continue"
4. Payment setup

How do I edit / update / delete my listing?

To edit your listed items: 1. Go to 'Vendor dashboard' 2. Scroll down to product section and click 'Pending review' 3. Press either 'Edit' to edit your listed product or 'Delete' to permanently deleted your listed product

What types of items can’t be listed for sale?

Here the list of allowed and prohibited product categories on ROUND8: - Allowed ..... - Prohibited .......

Unable to upload pictures for listing items?

Make sure your file type is .... or .... and the file size is less than 2GB

Delivery Information

How can I track my delivery?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. Visit : https://round8-th.com/track-order

What should I do if the item is not delivered or is damaged?

ROUND8 do provide a 'check-up service' for free. However, if the item is not delivered or damaged, please contact our customer service team.

What if I am not at the delivery address when the package arrives?

If you failed to receive your order on the first delivery attempt, it will be redelivered to you. Please expect another delivery attempt in 2-3 days.
