2.2 Depending on your use of our Platform and/or your interaction with our Services (such as when registering for our Services and/or logging into our Platform), you may be asked to provide us with certain information. While you can choose not to provide us with certain information, you might not be able to take advantage of many of our Services that are provided to you. The personal data that you may opt to provide to us are as follows:
2.2.1 Identity and Profile Data: Includes your name, date of birth, gender, username, password, email address, telephone number, interests, and any personal data present in photographs, or videos you upload to the Platform.
2.2.2 Account and Transaction Data: Includes your bank account details, PromptPay QR code image, pickup and delivery addresses, payment information, order history, and other details related to products or services you have supplied or purchased through the Platform.
2.2.3 Usage Data: Includes information about how and when you use the Platform, view content, or interact with our products and Services. This also includes data about websites you visited before accessing the Platform and similar statistics.
2.2.4 Marketing and Communications Data: Includes your interests, survey responses, ratings review, marketing material preferences, communication preferences, product or service preferences, feedback, and interaction history on the Platform or with third-party service providers.
2.2.5 Location Data: Includes your geographic location when checking for nearby deals, order delivery statuses, or pick-up details.

3.1.13 When you post content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, photos, videos, or other materials
3.1.14 When other users comment on content you upload to the Platform, or when you comment on others' content.
3.1.15 When a third party files a complaint against you or content you have posted on the Platform.
3.1.16 When you interact with us offline, such as through our outsourced customer service agents.
3.2 We may collect your personal data from you, third parties (including but not limited to agents, vendors, contractors, partners and any others who provide services to us, who collect your personal information and/or perform functions on our behalf, or with whom we collaborate, including but not limited to payment service providers, government sources of data, financial services providers, credit bureaus, delivery, marketing and other service partners), our affiliates, or such data may be collected automatically when you use the Platform or the Services, as set out in this section. This information is collected for the purposes of delivering products, processing payments, preventing fraud, and complying with our legal obligations.
3.3 During your use of the Platform and our provision of Services, you agree that you have provided your consent (whether to us, third parties, or our affiliates) for the transfer of your personal data from third parties and/or our affiliates to ROUND8 for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or any other applicable terms.
3.4 You agree to only submit personal data which is accurate and not misleading and to keep it up to date and inform us of any changes to the personal data that you have provided to us. We shall have the right to request for documentation and carry out the necessary checks to verify the personal data provided by you as part of our user verification processes or as required under law.
3.5 In certain situations, you may provide personal data of other individuals to us (such as family members, friends, or contacts) when using functions on our Services. You represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent, license, and permissions from these individuals to share and transfer their personal data to us, and for us to collect, store, use, disclose, or otherwise process their data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3.6 If you sign up to be a user on our Platform using your social media account, link your ROUND8 account to your social media account, or use certain social media features, we may access personal data about you that you have voluntarily provided to your social media provider, in accordance with their policies. 6.2 Please note that if you communicate your withdrawal of consent to our use, disclosure, storage, or processing of your personal data for the purposes and in the manner stated above, or exercise your other rights available under applicable local laws, we may not be able to continue providing the Services to you or perform any contract we have with you. In such cases, we will not be liable if we are unable to continue providing the Services or fulfill our contract with you. Our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such an event.

7.1 You may unsubscribe from receiving marketing information at any time by adjusting your preferences in the mobile application settings or by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material we send to you.

You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your personal data or if you believe that the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated.
8.2 You can update your personal data anytime by accessing your account on the Platform.
8.3 We may take steps to share the updates to your personal data with third parties and our affiliates with whom we have shared your personal data if your personal data is still necessary for the above-stated purposes.
9. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Data
9.1 You may request information about your personal data which we have collected, or enquire about the ways in which your personal data may have been used, disclosed, stored or processed by us via the personal account information setting on our Platform or by contacting us using the contact details in Section 14 below. You may also request correction of any error or omission in your personal data which we have collected in the same way. In order to facilitate processing of your request, it may be necessary for us to request further information relating to your request. Where permissible under law, we may refuse such correction requests if deemed vexatious or unreasonable.

13.1 ROUND8 is available to all users, regardless of age. However, in accordance with Thai law:
13.1.1 Users under the age of 20 are considered minors unless legally married.
i If you are under 20 and have not obtained parental or legal guardian consent, you may still browse the Platform, but we will not collect personal information that can identify you or allow you to use features requiring registration (such as creating an account, making transactions, or listing products)
ii If you wish to create an account or use any services that involve the collection or processing of personal data, you must obtain verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before proceeding.
13.1.2 Users under the age of 12 may only use the Platform with the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian, including for any financial-related functions.
13.1.3 Users under the age of 10 are not permitted to register, provide personal information, or engage in any transactions on the Platform. Limited browsing of publicly available content is allowed without any personal data collection.
13.2 Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the Platform, ensuring that any personal or financial information is provided lawfully. ROUND8 disclaims all liability for activities or transactions conducted by minors without proper consent.
